Willingness to travel 20-30% for FAT, commissioning, and plant qualification across India and globally; knowledge of pharma regulatory standards (CE, UL, ATEX, USFDA 21 CFR Part 11).
Experienced in both hardware and software aspects of industrial automation control systems in pharmaceutical or regulated manufacturing environments.
Strong operational independence with full ownership of equipment testing, validation, and FAT processes ensuring timely completion and regulatory compliance.
Proficient communicator coordinating cross-functional teams (automation, electrical, mechanical, project) and external vendors/customers for smooth equipment delivery and onsite support.
