Own end-to-end integration of E-Mobility systems including Inverters, Integrated Drive Modules, and X-in-1 products ensuring alignment with system architecture.
Lead system integration testing and validation across multiple test environments (HiL, High-Voltage, e-Dyne), documenting results and driving issue resolution.
Define and execute System Integration Strategy including test specifications; ensure compliance with ASPICE and Functional Safety requirements and support audits.
6 to 10 years of relevant work experience in electric/hybrid powertrain testing and system integration.
Degree in B.E./B.Tech/M.E./M.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or Mechatronics.
Proven experience in leading projects with task planning, execution tracking, and reporting.
Hands-on knowledge of High-Voltage labs, e-Dyne testing, measurement equipment, and tool proficiency with Polarion, DOORS, Jira or equivalents.
Deep domain expertise in Inverters and Electric Drive systems with hands-on system integration and testing experience.
Familiarity with automotive communication protocols (CAN, CAN-FD, LIN, FlexRay) and safety standards (ASPICE, ISO 26262); experience working in global teams.
Strong technical leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills, able to manage integration across hardware, mechanical, and software teams effectively.
