Design, build, and operate scalable backend services with ownership from first commit to production.
Work on distributed, concurrent, and asynchronous systems focusing on performance, efficiency, and reliability.
Diagnose and resolve production issues and continuously profile and tune systems for optimal performance.
3-5 years of experience building production backend systems using Scala or Java, with Python experience for tooling or automation.
Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, concurrency, and asynchronous programming.

Familiar with AWS infrastructure components such as Auto Scaling Groups, EC2, ELB, and ElastiCache, and hands-on with AI agent frameworks like AWS Bedrock a plus.
