Develop, install, configure, and support application and instrument interfaces for Clinisys Laboratory Solutions platform including file-based interfaces, data stream integrations, and translator deployments.
Manage multiple interface implementations using technologies such as HL7, APIs, C#, PL/SQL, and CLS-specific protocols, ensuring adherence to service levels and quality benchmarks.
Leverage AI-assisted engineering practices to automate interface development, data mapping, testing, and deployment, while supporting end-to-end testing and process improvements.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Data Science, Bioinformatics, Healthcare, Life Sciences, or equivalent relevant experience.
Minimum 3 years experience working with LIS or LIMS systems and developing interfaces using PL/SQL and C# programming.
Proven experience in interface development including file-based, data streams, HL7/API integrations, parser development, and instrument translator deployment.
Shift requirement: UK working hours from 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM IST (Monday to Friday).
Experienced with laboratory informatics environments, specifically LIS/LIMS interface technologies and workflows.
Capable of independently managing multiple complex interface implementation projects with strong process-driven execution.
Skilled in applying AI and automation tools in interface engineering, with the ability to mentor others and drive scalable, standardized solutions.
