Experienced technical lead with direct ownership of automation program delivery in complex, globally distributed teams.
Strong expertise in intelligent automation platforms with ability to reason about agentic AI design and delivery risks without internal AI framework development.
Skilled in technical mentorship, stakeholder management, and continuously improving automation solutions with reusable components and best practices.
