Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Azure DevOps) and experience with methodologies like Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
Work Experience Required: 4-6 years in IT project management with exposure to software implementation and digital transformation projects.
Experienced in managing complex, multi-workstream IT projects for global customers, particularly in RPA, AI, or automation domains.
Familiar with PMO governance standards, project financials, and capable of managing resource planning and delivery risks proactively.
Skilled at cross-functional coordination and client stakeholder management, with strong reporting and presentation abilities to senior leadership.
