4–10 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Functional, Technical, or Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
Experience in configuring and implementing Oracle HCM modules including Core HR, Absence Management, OTL, Compensation, ORC, Performance & Goals, Talent Management, Succession Planning, Career Development, Opportunity Marketplace, and Dynamic Skills.
Must have completed at least two end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud implementation projects.
Work Location: Chennai.
Experienced practitioner with hands-on expertise in both functional and technical aspects of Oracle HCM Cloud, including integration capabilities via OIC.
Ability to manage complex Oracle HCM Cloud projects involving configuration, data migration, reporting, and multi-module integration.
Experience working closely with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams to deliver scalable and business-aligned Oracle HCM solutions.
