Manage pump system projects end-to-end including order intake, planning, technical coordination, procurement, execution, and commissioning.
Coordinate across sales, engineering, procurement, production, logistics, suppliers, and customers to ensure project delivery within budget and timelines.
Control project costs, schedules, quality, documentation, reporting, and ensure compliance with company and international standards.
5–10 years of experience in pump industry, project engineering, or project management.
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field mandatory.
Strong ability to interpret engineering drawings and knowledge of centrifugal pumps, IEC motors, VFDs, MCC systems, and instrumentation interfaces.
PMP certification is an advantage; knowledge of PMP methodology required.
Experience handling industrial, marine, oil & gas, water treatment, or process pump projects preferred.
Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., Infor) and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) is beneficial.
Capable of managing complex, cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders and adhering to international standards and compliance.
