Own and execute end-to-end manual testing for clinician-facing Mobile (iOS + Android) and Web applications, including functional, regression, exploratory, cross-device, and cross-browser testing.
Collaborate early with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to define test plans, acceptance criteria, and drive quality outcomes through defect triage and resolution.
Maintain and improve testing documentation and processes; contribute to release sign-offs, bug bashes, and UAT support, emphasizing reliability where clinical correctness is critical.
4 to 6 years hands-on manual QA experience across both native Mobile (iOS + Android) and Web applications.
Strong knowledge of QA fundamentals: test design, risk-based and exploratory testing, defect lifecycle, and test reporting.
Familiarity with tools: TestRail (or similar), Jira, mobile device debugging (Xcode, Android Studio), cross-browser testing, and REST API testing (e.g., Postman).
Prior experience testing healthcare/clinical/HIPAA-regulated products or EMR integrations is mandatory.
Experienced in manual end-to-end quality assurance for healthcare technology products requiring high reliability and compliance.
Comfortable working in Agile teams with fast release cycles, owning quality outcomes beyond bug logging.
Able to leverage AI-assisted QA tools and maintain strong communication with cross-functional teams to influence product quality early in development.
