Experience working within Agile frameworks, preferably Scaled Agile Framework; Agile mindset required.
Knowledge of databases, SQL, data movement, and APIs preferred; experience in AI/ML is preferred but not mandatory.
Experienced in treasury operations or finance-related process optimization with strong operational expertise.
Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional automation and analytics projects end-to-end, including strategy, development, and stakeholder engagement.
Comfortable working in a dynamic, Agile environment driving digital transformation and adoption of emerging technologies including Generative AI.
