Customer empathy with a deep understanding of client needs, preferably working directly with hedge funds or institutional asset managers.
Experienced in financial technology product management with strong domain affinity to treasury and post-trade workflows (collateral management, margin calculation, portfolio financing, securities borrow/lend).
Operates in a hands-on, rapid prototyping style to move quickly from idea to prototype without dependency on engineering.
Comfortable working cross-functionally with engineering, architecture, and client-facing teams to drive product development and ensure alignment with customer needs and business strategy.
