Lead end-to-end delivery of the Channel BU Data & Analytics portfolio, including planning, resource allocation, risk management, and execution across Data Management, Analytics, and AI/Data Science initiatives.
Manage stakeholder alignment, influence senior leaders, and coordinate cross-functional teams in a global matrix environment to ensure projects deliver on time and within scope.
Oversee portfolio governance, demand prioritization, budget management, and track business impact of data & analytics programs including platform transformations and AI/ML initiatives.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
8+ years in project/program/delivery management in data analytics, BI, data engineering, or technology domains.
5+ years managing complex, cross-functional projects with globally distributed teams in matrixed organizations.
Preferred certifications: PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, SAFe; experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps).
Experience influencing and aligning senior leaders and global stakeholders without direct authority in data & analytics or AI/ML projects.
Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent data analytics and AI initiatives using Agile/hybrid methodologies with operational rigor.
Familiarity with Channel/Distribution business models and translating business priorities into impactful data & analytics project outcomes.
