Demonstrates SME-level expertise in mainframe AMS lifecycle with strong operational ownership and escalation management experience.
Experienced with modernization technologies like DevOps on Z, COBOL upgrades, and automated CI/CD pipeline implementation on mainframe platforms.
Capable of mentoring junior staff and leading knowledge management in a global delivery environment supporting high-availability mission-critical applications.
