Minimum 12 years relevant wireless telecommunications experience with at least 4 years in NTN, satellite communications, or RAN product management.
Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Telecommunications required; MBA is advantageous.
Hands-on familiarity with 3GPP NTN specifications Rel-17/18 NR NTN, NB-IoT NTN, and associated RAN challenges.
Willingness to travel internationally across APAC and globally ~30-40% of the time.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-release product roadmaps with clear engineering accountability in wireless/satellite sectors.
Strong stakeholder engagement experience including C-suite and VP level in APAC satellite operators and tier-1 mobile network operators, with existing relationships preferred.
Experienced in navigating APAC government or sovereign satellite procurement programs and skilled at managing RFP responses and PoC program management.
