Mid-level PM title with a 4–6 year band increases applicant density despite niche NGO/SRLM specialization.
Requires NGO/government SRLM and community development experience, limiting easy cross-industry transferability.
Explicit 4–6 years requirement plus master's degree and SRLM/sector experience expectations create moderate filtering.
