Experience working with monitoring tools (New Relic, Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana) and cloud monitoring (AWS, GCP).
Ability to work in a 24/7 shift environment based in Bangalore.
Experienced in incident management and escalation within enterprise or SaaS environments.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills focused on infrastructure, cloud, and application availability.
Comfortable operating in high-pressure, real-time monitoring settings, coordinating across multiple technical teams.
