Design, build, test, deploy, and support MuleSoft APIs and integrations across multiple platforms.
Create and maintain design documents, specifications (RAML/Swagger), and implement integration flows using Mule 4.
Analyze and improve existing middleware solutions with strong focus on API design, error handling, logging, and security standards (OAuth, JWT, PCI).
7+ years of software development experience with at least 4 years as a MuleSoft Developer.
Strong experience with MuleSoft API design, Mule 4 integration flows, DataWeave transformations, and Mule ESB.
Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, build tools (Maven/Gradle), version control (Git), and IDEs (IntelliJ/Eclipse).
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; familiarity with security concepts including OAuth, JWT, PCI compliance; experience with SQL/RDBMS required.
Experienced in complex MuleSoft integration in agile environments, capable of defining system landscape and bridging gaps between current and desired end states.
Familiarity with release management, source control, deployment tools (ANT, Jenkins, SVN), and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) is preferred.
Exposure to payment industry standards, PCI requirements, message queues (Kafka/RabbitMQ/IIB), and Salesforce ecosystem including certifications is advantageous.
