Own and deliver key services within a critical identity, authentication, and authorization platform supporting internal and customer-facing applications.
Design, build, and maintain scalable, secure backend systems including RESTful APIs implementing modern identity standards (e.g., OAuth2).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system design, troubleshoot distributed systems issues, and continuously improve platform reliability and performance in a cloud-native environment.
3+ years of software engineering experience.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
Proficient in Java and/or Python; experience building and maintaining RESTful APIs/backend services.
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), OAuth2 and modern authentication/authorization, and relational databases (Oracle or PostgreSQL).
Experienced working independently on moderately complex, mission-critical identity/security platforms with ownership of components or services.
Technical depth in security-focused backend development, cloud-native environments, and distributed systems.
Capable of contributing to architecture evolution and system design discussions in a cross-functional enterprise setting.
