Own end-to-end project planning and execution from concept to production, including preparation and signoff of project plans with multiple stakeholders such as COEs, Project team, CDMM, SSU & Manufacturing.
Identify, prioritize, and track project risks and critical issues; plan and execute risk mitigation actions with cross-functional teams to ensure timely achievement of project milestones.
Monitor project budgets with Platform Finance, manage resources planning, facilitate production-related activities, and release project progress reports with insights to stakeholders and management.
8-12 years of relevant work experience.
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automobile Engineering, Production, or Manufacturing (BE/B.Tech).
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Projects, MS PowerPoint, and Power BI.
PMP Certification is advantageous but not mandatory.
Experienced in managing complex engineering projects with multiple stakeholders in product development, especially in manufacturing or automotive domains.
Strong operational focus on risk management, resource planning, and budget adherence in project management.
Capable of collaborating effectively across cross-functional teams, handling multiple projects simultaneously, and resolving conflicts strategically.
