Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Metallurgy, or Automobile Engineering.
Experience in quality assurance within Distribution or Logistics domains, including problem-solving with 8D and related methods.
Knowledge of engineering drawings including GD&T, ASME Y14.5, and weld symbols; understanding of manufacturing processes and Quality Management Systems such as ISO 9001.
Proficient with Microsoft Office, and familiarity with JIRA and ERP systems like Hubble/JD Edwards is advantageous.
Experienced in managing end-to-end quality assurance processes in supply chain or distribution logistics environments.
Comfortable driving problem resolution cross-functionally using formal root cause analysis and corrective action methodologies.
Capable of analyzing quality trend data, reporting effectively, and implementing process improvements across multiple sites and suppliers.
