Support and maintain the Electronic Lab Notebook (ELN) Software application and Chromatography Data Systems (CDS) including issue resolution and system performance monitoring.
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to manage CDS platforms lifecycle: upgrades, patching, testing, and compliance for secure and robust performance.
Develop documentation, standard operating procedures, and test plans; analyze requirements to translate into software architecture and design specifications for Process Development instruments and connectivity.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Systems or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Information Systems or related role.
Willingness and ability to work evening or night shifts (Second or Third Shift: 2:00pm–10:00pm IST or 10:00pm–7:00am IST).
Proficiency in software design and development: experience with .Net, Python, JavaScript, Agile/Scrum, version control systems like Git.
Experience supporting or developing software in regulated industries, preferably Pharma or Biotech.
Strong operational focus on maintaining software lifecycle including patching, compliance, and infrastructure deployment (cloud/on-prem).
Skilled at cross-team collaboration with product managers, software engineers, vendors, and global teams to resolve complex system issues and deliver enhancements.
