Support and maintain the Electronic Lab Notebook (ELN) software and Chromatography Data Systems (CDS) including issue resolution and system performance monitoring.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers to advance ELN platform capabilities and expand Instrument Data Acquisition (IDA) connectivity.
Oversee software lifecycle management for CDS platforms including patching, compliance, environment setups (DEV/TEST/PROD), testing, and migration strategies.
Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or related field.
Minimum 2 years of Information Systems experience.
Willingness and ability to work evening or night shifts (Second Shift: 2:00pm–10:00pm IST; Third Shift: 10:00pm–7:00am IST).
Proficiency in programming languages such as .Net, Python, JavaScript and experience with SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and version control systems (Git).
Experience working with Electronic Lab Notebook or Chromatography Data Systems in Pharma or Biotech industries.
Strong technical expertise in software design, development, and lifecycle support in regulated GxP environments.
Ability to collaborate with vendors and global teams to support complex, multi-platform environments including cloud and on-prem infrastructure.
