15+ years overall experience with 10+ years in financial and/or technology transformation domains.
8+ years experience in leading project teams involving internal and external stakeholders.
Experience with test automation tools, specifically UiPath Test Suite, and agile tools like JIRA/Xray is required.
Proven track record managing testing in large-scale, client-facing financial services transformation programs.
Strong understanding of global portfolio management, financial servicing, and capital markets workflows including risk and compliance across asset classes.
Experienced working with senior executives and multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced, globally structured environment, driving execution and stakeholder engagement.
