Experience operating in a remote technical support environment, comfortable with incident management tools, and adhering to SLA processes.
Technical knowledge of data centre vendor technologies (e.g., Cisco, EMC, Dell Avaya) and the ability to identify root causes and implement preventative measures.
Ability to maintain detailed documentation and configuration management while collaborating with multiple stakeholders including clients, vendors, and internal teams.
