Deliver high-quality analytical solutions and AI-enabled insights to improve field force effectiveness using IQVIA sales, Rx, call activity, and CRM data.
Partner with US Commercial stakeholders and sales leadership to translate business needs into analytics solutions and support decision-making with clear insights.
Build and maintain analytical assets, perform predictive modeling, and support ongoing data stewardship and automation workflows to optimize field execution outcomes.
Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred in life/physical sciences, applied sciences, computer science, mathematics, data science, or engineering.
1+ years of experience in pharmaceutical Field Force Effectiveness, GTM analytics, execution vs. performance analysis, or territory alignment, preferably in biopharma or pharmaceuticals.
Strong experience working with IQVIA sales, Rx, call activity, and CRM datasets.
Technical skills including programming in Python or R, machine learning frameworks like scikit-learn or PyTorch, and experience with SQL and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI).
Experience applying applied statistics, AI/ML techniques, and predictive modeling in a commercial/field force analytics environment.
Ability to engage cross-functional stakeholders effectively and translate complex analytics into actionable business insights.
Proven track record of delivering data-driven recommendations and influencing sales or commercial field strategies in pharmaceutical or biopharma contexts.
