Own end-to-end testing for specific business process areas such as Sales Order Fulfillment, Returns, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing/Procurement across multiple integrated applications and systems.
Design, document, and execute comprehensive E2E test cases covering complete business flows including integration points, edge cases, and multi-application dependencies.
Manage defect logging, impact analysis, and collaborate cross-functionally to resolve issues in an Agile/Scrum environment following structured testing methodologies.
4–7 years of experience in business process or end-to-end testing.
Experience in multi-application environments involving ERP, warehouse systems, manufacturing, planning, procurement, or related platforms.
Strong skills in E2E test case design, business process understanding (e.g., L2C, P2P, D2O, R2R), and integration testing including EDI and API validation.
Role location: Bangalore; willingness to travel within India and internationally as required.
Experienced in working on specific, complex end-to-end business processes with understanding of upstream and downstream system impacts.
Comfortable working across multiple integrated systems and applications in a structured, Agile/Scrum setting.
Able to deliver detailed, reusable test documentation and collaborate effectively across teams to ensure process quality and integration consistency.
