Own end-to-end production incident management including triage, restoration, escalation, and post-incident analysis.

Experience with scripting (Python, Ansible), protocol analyzers (Cpacket, Wireshark), monitoring tools (Splunk, SevOne), and use of enterprise-approved AI capabilities for infrastructure workflows.
Experience in operationally critical environments, preferably as a Team Lead or Subject Matter Expert.
Strong capability in network infrastructure service delivery, incident and problem management, and operational governance.
Demonstrated ability to integrate AI-assisted automation with validation to improve workflows while ensuring security, resiliency, and compliance.
