Ability to support 24/7 coverage through rotational on-call support.
Experienced in managing large, complex enterprise IAM platforms, especially Azure AD B2C.
Proficient in C#, .NET Core, PowerShell, and modern software development tools (Jira, GitHub, Postman).
Capable of working collaboratively in a globally dispersed team to deliver secure, reliable customer identity solutions with an SRE-oriented mindset.
