Lead development and code review for cloud-based Flex Platform connecting multiple Cyncly applications using Angular, .NET Core, SQL Server, and Azure.
Manage and coach software development team, resolve conflicts, prioritize work aligning with business needs, and occasionally act as Tech Lead for project initiatives.
