Engineer and deploy prototype applications to demonstrate and validate enterprise observability capabilities across hybrid environments (on-premises, AWS, Azure, SaaS).
Test and simulate disruptions and performance scenarios to validate resiliency and observability standards.
Collaborate with teams to integrate observability into workloads and influence enterprise observability strategy through technical evaluations and stakeholder engagement.
Minimum 8 years experience in distributed application design and implementation.
Bachelor's degree in computer engineering or equivalent experience.
5+ years experience with enterprise Java technologies, infrastructure, networking, middleware, and database architecture.
Experience with cloud environments (AWS and Azure), containers, disaster recovery, and automation tools (CI/CD frameworks).
Experienced in building and validating resilient, observable, and highly available distributed applications in hybrid cloud environments.
Proficient in Java, Python, Bash, SQL, application and infrastructure automation, and chaos engineering for performance analysis and resiliency testing.
Able to engage cross-functional teams and leadership to influence and implement enterprise-wide observability standards and platform modernization.
