Own end-to-end execution of Data Center COLO projects ensuring completion on time, within quality standards, and managing all project deliverables.
Coordinate with safety officers to ensure 100% EHS compliance at sites and liaise with vendors, clients, consultants, logistics, and internal teams for seamless project execution.
Manage project scope, timelines, resources, risks, documentation, and vendor payments while maintaining clear communications with all stakeholders.
Degree/Diploma in Electrical/Electronics Engineering (BE/BTech with 6-8 years experience or Diploma with 10-12 years) in Data Center COLO turnkey project execution.
Proven project management experience in Data Center projects, including knowledge of UPS, Electrical SLD analysis, and CAD/Drawings submission.
Proficiency in project management software/tools; PMP certification is a plus but not mandatory.
Work Experience Required: 6-12 years relevant experience in Data Center COLO turnkey project management.
Experienced in hands-on management of end-to-end Data Center COLO projects, including technical design and execution.
Skilled in stakeholder management across clients, vendors, safety officers, and internal teams under deadline-driven environments.
Capable of crisis management, multitasking, and handling extended working hours at customer sites.
