Lead and perform manual and functional testing throughout the software development lifecycle, including test case creation, execution, and documentation.
Manage QA environments including deployments, monitoring, and troubleshooting; support API testing and validation using tools like Postman and in-house tools handling various API formats (XML, JSON, GraphQL).
Mentor and lead QA engineers, oversee automation and non-functional testing (security, performance), coordinate QA activities with development and product teams globally.
8 to 11 years of experience in functional and non-functional software testing.
Bachelor's degree in computer science or related discipline; Master's preferred.
Proficiency in Java or another OOPL and experience with automation testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress).
Experience with defect tracking systems (preferably JIRA), SQL, and Linux OS environments.
Experienced in leading QA teams and mentoring, comfortable handling both manual and automated testing responsibilities.
Familiarity with web application testing and working with global development teams.
Able to independently manage QA environment operations and collaborate cross-functionally with product and development stakeholders, preferably based in Mumbai.
