Lead technical operations and support for Axway Managed File Transfer products including SecureTransport, XFB, and Gateway.
Manage configurations and troubleshooting of data communication protocols such as AS2, SFTP, FTP, FTPS, HTTP/S using gateway tools.
Operate and support related environments including Unix/Linux systems, databases with SQL, and cloud/container technologies (AWS/Azure/GCP, Docker, Kubernetes).
6-8 years of total relevant work experience in Managed File Transfer product support and technical lead roles.
Bachelor’s degree in B.E./B.Tech (Computer Science/Electronics) or MCA.
Technical expertise in Axway product suite and other MFT products, with experience in at least one programming/scripting language.
Experience with Unix/Linux environments, SQL databases, and knowledge of network security protocols including SSL, encryption, certificates.
Demonstrated ability to independently manage end-to-end MFT product support including trading partner configurations and protocol management.
Experience supporting global operations requiring shift flexibility across US, EMEA & APAC time zones.
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes), and middleware for efficient managed file transfer solutions.
