Work Environment: Office-based with possible domestic/global travel; ability to work extended hours as needed.
Experienced in managing diverse enterprise systems with strong cross-functional IT infrastructure and business process support skills.
Capable of independently handling Level 3 escalation support and complex troubleshooting across server, virtualization, storage, and ERP platforms.
Familiar with monitoring tools like SolarWinds, skilled in security compliance, and adept at documentation and process optimization in enterprise environments.
