Support and manage quality issue resolution for Automotive customers in Asia region from development to field returns involving Qualcomm Snapdragon, Modem, and 5G products.
Coordinate with internal engineering and customer teams on quality issues, new product introduction (APQP), and quality process adherence including documentation and risk assessment.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships; advocate for customers internally and ensure alignment with Qualcomm interests; implement global CQE strategies and drive quality KPIs and business reviews.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physics, Electronics, or related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of Automotive industry experience in a customer-facing quality role.
Knowledge of semiconductor processes including wafer fabrication, assembly, and test; familiarity with diagnostic equipment (oscilloscope, curve trace, CSAM).
Experience with 8D methodology and quality tools; availability for domestic and international travel.
Experienced in Automotive OEM/Tier-1 quality support and familiar with APQP, PPAP, and IATF 16949 standards.
Capable of managing difficult customer conversations with persistence and strong interpersonal communication skills.
Operates confidently in cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and drive problem-solving with internal and external stakeholders.
