Hands-on knowledge of enterprise monitoring tools (Autosys, AppDynamics, Grafana, Splunk, etc.), CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Git) and automation scripting (Python, Shell, PowerShell, Ansible).
Familiar with SRE concepts, vulnerability monitoring, incident/problem/change management, and leveraging AI tools for operational efficiency.
