Work Experience Required: 5+ years in software engineering with demonstrated IAM expertise.
Expertise in Java-based microservices architecture with strong skills in Spring Boot, REST APIs, cloud environments (preferably GCP), and container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
Proven ability to lead end-to-end delivery of secure, scalable IAM solutions involving event-driven architecture and CI/CD with DevSecOps focus.
Experience designing and implementing AI agent identity frameworks and guardrails, including authorization policies, governance, and integration with AI/LLM ecosystems.
