Support Aruba products and customers through pre-sales and post-sales consulting including planning, design, implementation, migration, and optimization of network solutions.
Provide full service lifecycle management for customer network projects such as creating business requirement documents, design documents, installation and migration plans, and continuous network operations improvements.
Engage in customer site visits for consulting, training, and business reviews, including conducting quarterly technical status and recommendations meetings.
At least 2 years of experience supporting Aruba products such as IAPs/Controllers, Airwave, ClearPass, Central, or Aruba switches.
Knowledge of authentication protocols (802.1x, RADIUS) and methods (EAP-PEAP, EAP-TLS, EAP-MSCHAPv2).
Experience with Linux installation and shell scripting; familiarity with Docker containers preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering preferred but not mandatory.
Experienced in network design and implementation with strong understanding of network switching, routing, and security.
Skills in technical consulting with experience managing the complete service lifecycle for customers including planning and optimization.
Knowledge of networking tools and protocols including RADIUS, SNMP, TACACS, PKI, VPN, and cloud technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes.
