Develop and support internal automation and scripting solutions for high-frequency signal integrity (SI) and power integrity (PI) analysis in package and PCB design flows.
Collaborate with SI/PI engineers, package modeling engineers, and EDA support teams to troubleshoot design-flow issues and provide methodology guidance for commercial and custom tools.
Provide electrical modeling support for PCB and package analysis, recommend optimal modeling techniques, and contribute to tool installation and documentation in Windows and Linux environments.
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field; or Master’s/PhD with relevant experience.
4+ years experience working with SI/PI tools; OR for Master’s degree holders, 1+ year of Hardware Applications Engineering or Hardware Design experience.
2+ years experience in development and debugging using scripting/programming languages such as Python or VBScript.
Experience with SI/PI tools (Cadence Sigrity, Siemens EDA/Mentor, Ansys EM, Keysight, CST) and programming skills in Python or related scripting languages.
Experienced professional with hands-on use of SI/PI and RF software applications for electrical modeling and analysis.
Comfortable working in a collaborative global engineering environment supporting scalable EDA workflows and improving design productivity.
Strong technical background with troubleshooting skills, methodology guidance capability, and contribution experience to installation and documentation for complex hardware design flows.
