Own end-to-end program execution for complex semiconductor ASIC devices including schedule, performance, power, and cost targets from conception through to commercial sample release.
Manage the ASIC/IP development lifecycle coordinating across multiple stakeholders (Design, Verification, Synthesis, DFT, Physical Design) to ensure successful tape-outs.
Provide risk management, change control, development reviews, and report key milestones, risks, and staffing statuses regularly to senior management.

Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Advanced Excel, and PowerPoint required.
Experienced program manager specialized in semiconductor ASIC development lifecycle in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to coordinate and motivate cross-functional engineering and marketing teams to meet complex technical and business goals.
Comfortable interfacing with foundry and operations teams, and reporting to senior leadership on development metrics and risks.
