Strong understanding of reporting, KPIs, and business metrics.
Effective oral and written communication skills.
Experience in data preparation and analytics workflows including SQL for effective dashboard support and reporting accuracy.
Familiarity or interest in emerging technologies such as GenAI-enabled reporting, natural language querying, and conversational analytics.
Ability to translate complex business requirements into intuitive, user-friendly visualization and analytics solutions with attention to detail and data governance standards.
