Experienced in designing and delivering large-scale, complex enterprise ServiceNow solutions with strategic ownership of platform architecture.
Deep technical expertise coupled with leadership capability in enforcing governance, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration across stakeholders.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies, ITIL frameworks, and keeping current with emerging ServiceNow capabilities and industry trends.
