Willingness to travel to Assembly and Test facilities for issue resolution.
Proven leadership experience in building and managing global, cross-functional project teams focused on product development and manufacturing.
Skilled in stakeholder management and negotiation, capable of engaging senior leadership and coordinating with external subcontractors.
Experienced in dynamic, fast-paced environments managing multiple priorities and driving strategic project alignment and continuous improvement.
