Lead a team of 4-6 developers to design and develop Java-based microservices using Spring Boot and Kafka.

Own code quality, perform code reviews, and ensure architecture compliance with standards and business principles.

Coordinate cross-functional teams and participate in sprint planning, technical design, and process improvement efforts.

6-10 years overall experience with Java 8, Spring Boot, Microservices.

At least 2 years of experience as a Technical Lead.

Proficient with Reactive Spring Boot, Kafka, Elasticsearch, NoSQL (preferably Couchbase), and SQL databases.

Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD tools, and cloud platforms (AWS or similar).

Experienced in designing and implementing distributed microservice architectures with strong backend Java skills.

Able to lead technical teams, conduct code reviews, and guide best practices.

Has exposure to enterprise-grade development tools (Git, Maven, Jenkins, Sonar) and knowledge of design patterns and API gateways.
