Master’s degree in technology, accounting, finance, business, or equivalent.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), MS Visio, and MS Project.
Fluency in English; French or German is a plus.
Experienced in managing regulatory, client, and corporate transformation projects in financial services.
Skilled at working across geographies and cultures with senior stakeholders, including executive boards.
Strong in project governance, analytical skills, and able to manage portfolio-level reporting and risk management within a structured framework.
