Lead end-to-end performance testing lifecycle for complex enterprise applications using Micro Focus LoadRunner (VuGen, Controller, Analysis).
Design and execute various performance tests including Load, Stress, Endurance, Spike, and Volume tests and analyze results to identify bottlenecks across application, database, middleware, and infrastructure layers.

Familiarity with Application Performance Monitoring tools like Dynatrace, AppDynamics, or New Relic, and knowledge of Linux/Unix commands, JVM, databases, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Senior individual contributor comfortable leading end-to-end performance testing for enterprise-scale, high-transaction systems.
Experience integrating performance testing with CI/CD pipelines and collaborating effectively across multiple technical teams including infrastructure and DevOps.
Strong background in performance engineering with skills in diagnosing and resolving bottlenecks at multiple system layers and mentoring junior team members.
