Experience leading PMO governance, portfolio reporting, and delivery controls for complex IT strategic programs across multiple functions and geographies.
Experience managing and developing direct reports including coaching, performance feedback, and team operating model improvement.
Experienced in managing complex, cross-functional, large-scale IT strategic programs with multi-geography stakeholders including US, EU, and India.
Proficient in executive communication, stakeholder influence, negotiation, and decision support, able to simplify complex information for diverse leadership audiences.
Skilled in establishing scalable PMO processes, portfolio controls, reporting standards, and tool-enabled workflows (e.g., Smartsheet, Power BI, Jira) to improve delivery consistency and predictability.
