Act as liaison between PMC Team and Client to oversee project work from allocation to handover, including post-completion snag management and documentation.
Manage service quality, stock, purchasing, site budgets, approvals, and enforce safe working practices for workplace retrofit and build projects.
Provide customer service support ensuring client needs are met, maintain relations with PMC and sub-vendors, and act as on-site key contact for clients and PMC.
Coordinate with MEP, Civil, and design teams to ensure no deviation from design and client expectations.
4-7 years of relevant experience in Civil Engineering or related project coordination roles in facility or construction management.
Diploma or B.E. in Civil Engineering mandatory.
Work location: On-site in Hyderabad, India. Work schedule 6 days/week, general shift timings.
Strong PC literacy and knowledge of occupational safety regulations required.
Proven ability to manage contracts, vendors, procurement, and budgets within real estate project or facility management.
Experience in client and vendor relationship management with strong communication and leadership skills.
Capability to implement quality improvement, risk management, and compliance procedures while ensuring service delivery and project milestones are met.
