Support and ensure successful transition and stabilization of SAP ECC to S/4 HANA including UAT/OQ testing, cutover, and hypercare phases.
Provide operational support and timely resolution of complex issues across OTC systems including ERP (SAP S/4 HANA), EDI, Salesforce, RPA, AI-enabled solutions, and automation platforms.
Participate in and coordinate cross-functional digital supply chain projects, system enhancements, automation initiatives, and governance compliance activities.
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, IT, or related field.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in Supply Chain Operations, OTC, Digital Product Support, or related business processes; pharmaceutical or regulated industry experience preferred.
Hands-on experience with SAP S/4 HANA and Salesforce ERP systems.
Experience working in global and cross-cultural environments.
Experienced in managing and supporting SAP S/4 HANA digital supply chain environments, including UAT and system stabilization.
Familiar with digital transformation enablers like RPA, AI-driven solutions, and automation technologies within OTC or supply chain operations.
Able to function effectively as a business owner or subject matter expert in project and process improvement roles in regulated or pharmaceutical supply chain settings.
