At least 2 years of data analysis experience, preferably with quantitative and qualitative datasets.

Familiarity with ESG disclosure frameworks (e.g., UNGPs, GRI, ISSB, UNESCO AI Ethics Recommendations).
Experienced in financial markets or market intelligence research, ideally including sell-side research.
Capable of converting complex structured data into insights and communicating them effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Comfortable coordinating cross-functionally and engaging in external conversations related to ESG, responsible business, and AI governance.
